Texting customers requires a quick carrier registration for your business. I handle it, it’s included in setup, and it usually takes a few days. Never Miss a Lead includes up to 500 texts a month. AI Front Desk includes 300 call minutes a month, then $0.25 a minute; I’ll tell you up front if your call volume is likely to go over.

Will it sound like a robot?
It sounds natural and friendly, and you hear it before it ever talks to a customer. You approve the greeting, the answers and what it’s allowed to do.
What if it doesn’t know the answer?
It takes a message, tells the caller someone will get back to them, and texts you right away. You decide which questions it handles and which always come to you.
Do I need a new phone number?
Usually not. Most businesses keep their number and forward missed or after-hours calls to the AI. We’ll pick what fits during setup.
Is my customer information private?
I never sell it. Before anything goes live, I’ll show you which service handles your calls and texts, where the information is stored, and who can see it.
What if it doesn’t work for my business?
If it isn’t working for you in the first 30 days after it goes live, tell me and I’ll end the monthly plan right away with no further charges. The setup fee covers real work and the carrier registration, so it isn’t refunded once that registration is filed.
How long does setup take?
Never Miss a Lead is live a few days after the carrier approves your business for texting; I handle that registration. An AI Front Desk is built around your calls, questions and calendar, so after the free audit I give you a setup date in writing with the quote.
