Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your phone forwards the calls you don’t answer to a number I set up for your business. Customers keep calling the number they already know.
What about my voicemail?
Forwarded calls skip your carrier’s voicemail, so callers leave their message with Never Miss a Lead instead. You get it by email as an audio file, and a text telling you it’s there.
Will it text someone over and over?
No. Each caller gets one text a day, however many times they call. Anyone who replies STOP never gets another one.
What if they call from a landline?
A landline can’t receive the text, so you still get the missed-call alert and any voicemail, and you call them back yourself.
Can I change what it says?
Yes. You approve the text, the greeting callers hear, and the reply to website requests before anything goes live, and you can change them later.
