Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information clinchvalleydigital.com ("the Site," "we," "us") collects when you visit, and what we do with it. Clinch Valley Digital is operated by Kevin Bonilla, based in Tazewell, Tennessee.

What we collect

The Site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising/tracking pixels of any kind. We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact form. If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, business name (optional), email address, and the message you write.
• Direct contact. If you email or text us directly, we receive whatever you send us through that channel (governed by your email/SMS provider's own policies, not this one).

We never see or store your card details. If you pay through a link on the Pricing page, Stripe collects and processes the payment under its own privacy policy, and we receive the payment record (your name, email and the amount). We do not collect precise location, health information, or any information about visitors under 13. This Site is not directed at children.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry — to reach out about web design, hosting, or IT support. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Where it's stored

Contact form submissions are stored in a database (Neon/Postgres) associated with this Site, hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. We do not use a third-party form-processing service — submissions go directly to our own system.

Third parties involved in running this Site

• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.
• Neon — database storage for the contact form and portfolio content.
• Stripe — processes payments for monthly plans when you choose to pay through a link on the Pricing page.
• GitHub — hosts the Jenna Lite download. Jenna Lite runs on your own computer and sends nothing to Clinch Valley Digital.

Typefaces used on this Site are hosted on our own domain rather than loaded from Google Fonts or any other font service, so no font-related request ever leaves clinchvalleydigital.com. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or analytics service.

Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information

To do any of this, email kevin@clinchvalleydigital.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the rights above by law. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under CPRA — we don't use ad-tracking pixels, and contact-form data is never provided to third parties for advertising. If you are in the EU/UK, the GDPR similarly gives you rights to access, correct, and delete your data, and to know the legal basis for processing it (here, your consent when you submit the form).

Data retention

We keep contact-form messages for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete it sooner, whichever comes first. Messages can be deleted at any time through the admin panel.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Contact-form data is stored in a database that is not publicly accessible and is only viewable by the business owner through a password-protected admin panel.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle information we've already collected, we'll update the version and date at the top of this page.
