Do I need a new phone number?
Usually not. Most businesses keep their number and forward missed or after-hours calls. We’ll pick what fits during setup.
What if they call from a landline?
A landline can’t receive the text, so you still get the missed-call alert and any voicemail, and you call them back yourself.
Can I change what the text says?
Yes. You approve the text before anything goes live, and you can change it later.
Is it an AI talking to my customers?
No. It sends your approved text and passes every reply to you. If you want something that answers questions and books, that’s the AI Front Desk.
How soon can it be live?
A few days after the carriers approve your business for texting. I handle that registration.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel anytime. The plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for. The setup fee isn’t refunded once the carrier registration is filed, because that work is done.
