Half to start, half at launch
Websites, apps and AI setups: half of the quoted price to start, the rest when it’s live. Or split any build into 3 to 6 monthly payments with no interest.
Same day each month
Care plans and AI plans are billed ahead on the 1st. A missed payment gets a written notice first. I won’t surprise-shut a business overnight.
Pay when it’s done
Hourly work and add-ons are invoiced when they’re delivered, with a one-line summary of what was done.
Every $0-down site, every AI setup and every quote over $1,000 gets a one-page agreement first.
Common questions.
How does the $0-down site work?
I build a Starter Site for nothing up front, and you keep Essential Care ($59/month) for at least 12 months. You pay nothing until your site is live: the first $59 is on the 1st after launch, or the 1st after 45 days from signing if launch is still waiting on your content, whichever comes first. If you cancel during that first year, the rest of the $750 build is due, less 1/12 for every month you’ve paid. After the year, stay month to month or take the site with you.
Can I pay for a website over time?
Yes. Any build can be split into 3 to 6 equal monthly payments with no interest. The first payment starts the work, and the payment schedule is written into your agreement. Or choose the $0-down Starter Site with a year of Essential Care.
Why do AI plans have a setup fee and a monthly fee?
Setup covers building your scripts, connecting your calendar and phone, and the carrier registration for texting. The monthly fee covers the service itself, the minutes it uses, and me watching and tuning it.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, anytime, by email, text or the billing link on your receipt. Your plan runs through the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. A $0-down site has a 12-month commitment, explained above.
What’s your refund policy?
Deposits are fully refundable until design work starts. AI setup fees are refundable until the texting registration is filed. Monthly fees aren’t refunded for partial months. If I can’t deliver what I quoted, you get your money back. The full policy is in the Terms.
What happened to founding Site Care?
The founding care offer is closed. Every business that got a founding rate keeps it, locked, for as long as they stay on the plan.
Do you still do IT support?
For businesses I already work with, yes, just ask. I’m focusing new work on AI, websites and care.
Are these prices final?
You can order the displayed package scope online. Custom features and services marked “from” need a written quote with the exact price before payment.
