Accessibility Statement

Note: this statement describes a good-faith development effort, not a certified conformance claim. It was not produced by a formal accessibility audit (e.g., a full manual screen-reader pass or a certified WCAG audit) — see the honest caveats below.

Clinch Valley Digital is committed to making clinchvalleydigital.com usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology.

What we've done

All meaningful images have descriptive alt text.
All form fields have visible, properly associated labels.
A visible focus outline is shown on every interactive element for keyboard navigation.
Animations and transitions are disabled site-wide for visitors whose system is set to reduce motion.
Text and background color combinations are checked against the WCAG AA minimum contrast ratio (4.5:1 for normal text).
Page structure uses a logical heading hierarchy (one H1 per page, nested H2/H3s).

Known limitations

This Site has not been through a full manual accessibility audit (screen-reader testing across NVDA/JAWS/VoiceOver, or a certified WCAG 2.1 AA conformance review). It has been checked by automated tooling and direct code review, which catches many but not all issues. We do not claim formal WCAG conformance, and we'll update this statement as further review is completed.
